Shipping
- Free shipping within India is provided on all orders and is fully borne by Riwaayat.
- For international orders, shipping charges are additional and are calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and destination country.
- International shipping charges will be shared with the customer upon inquiry or at checkout (where applicable).
Returns & Exchanges
- All Riwaayat garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
- Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and policies.
Alterations
- In case any alterations are required, we will be happy to assist you.
- Alteration requests must be communicated to our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
- Shipping costs for alterations, if any, will be borne by the customer.
Taxes & Duties
- All product prices listed on our website are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP).
- For international deliveries, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
- This means product prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes.
The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes at the time of delivery to release the shipment from customs.
